Auditing decision of independent audit company Сowperwood about trustworthiness, completeness and compliance of financial statements of close corporation commercial bank Credit Dnepr Bank at the end of the day of 31.12.2005. Dnipropetrovsk, April 21st, 2006 Audit of financial statements of Close corporation commercial bank Credit Dnepr Bank was carried out by audit company Сowperwood Ltd (certificate about enlisting into the Register of au-diting agents №0031, given on a decision of Auditing Chamber of Ukraine dated 26.01.2001 №98, expiration date of the certificate is prolonged on a decision of Auditing Chamber of Ukraine №156/6 dated 15.12.2005), the address of which is 15-a, Gogol str., Dnipropetrovsk, 49044, Ukraine; tel./fax: (056) 370-19-76, according to the agreement between audit company Сowperwood Ltd and joint-stock bank Credit Dnepr Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) dated 30.08.2005 №265 with changes and amendments on rendering auditing services. Auditor Yevhen Ivanovich Bily (auditor certificate for the right to perform bank audit № 000002, given on the basis of decision of Committee of certification of NBU bank auditors dated 28.12.2004 №96, valid until 01.01.2007) participated in audit conducting. The following financial statements of the Bank from 01.01.2005 to 31.12.2005 were given for the audit: Balance report, Report on financial results, Report on equity capital, Report on cash flow and commentaries to the reports that are added in 79 pages. Bank management is responsible for completeness and trustworthiness of the rendered information. We are responsible for express-ing our opinion as to these financial statements on the basis of the audit. The audit is planned and fulfilled in compliance with “Standards of audit, giving confidence and ethics” of International federation of accountants, that are accepted as National standards of au-dit, so that to reveal essential mistakes and infringements, that may affect the information in finan-cial statements. We carried out a selection check and received the arguments in order to prove the information presented in financial statements. In the course of audit there were examined book-keeping principles used by the Bank, reality of existence and correctness of evaluation of assets, equity capital and liabilities. We consider that a fulfilled audit gives a sufficient basis for the auditing decision. We think it possible to confirm that financial statements of the Bank, in general, correspond to the requirements of Regulations of the procedure of compiling and announcing financial state-ments of banks of Ukraine, approved by resolution of the Board of Directors of NBU dated 07.12.2004 № 598 (with changes and amendments), and also that it is done on the basis of real ac-counting data and in all essential aspects reflects authentically actual financial state of close corpo-ration commercial bank Credit Dnepr Bank at the end of the day of 31.12.2005 as a result of trans-actions from 01.01.2005 to 31.12.2005.
